our stupid house

So, I want to move. I want to move REALLY bad. I want a house that we can grow into, have another baby in a few years and not be cramped, I want to have a living room AND a family room, a room JUST for toys. I want space for my daughter to be able to run, and it's becomming more and more of a reality that my wish will not happen. Our house is not worth as much as we owe, and not by a little bit, but by a significant amount. Can we afford our mortgage? Yes. There are no issues there, other than the fact that I want a bigger home. I don't need anything huge, even a few hundred more square feet of room would be great. But alas, I will be stuck in my 1072sqft house until something drastic happens or we decide to short sale and rent until we are able to buy again. My fear is that even waiting a few years won't matter, we won't be able to get out of our house without a loss. Stupid.
